Isleworth in the said County of Middlesex Master Carpenter
severally make Oath and first the said Thomas Roberts< no role >
for himself saith he hath followed the business of surveying of
Buildings about sixteen years last past and that he
hath lately carefully Surveyed the Chappel at New
Brentford in the sd. County of Middlesex and that
the same in [..] this Deponent's opinion is in so
ruinous a Condition that if will be necessary
to have the same pulled down and rebuilt
the expences of which according to an estimate
this Deponent hath carefully made will amount
to One thousand three hundred eighty seven
pounds one shilling and four pence at least eclusive of the old Materials and the
