To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St,, Mary White Chapel in
the Countyof Middlesex and to the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of
St,, Katherine Creechurch in the City of London

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex aforesaid
(one whereof being of the Quorum) by the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St,, Mary White Chapel That
Mary Baker< no role > This name instance is in set 426. This set is in the group(s): MothersPS . Singlewoman with her Female
Child named Elizabeth < no role > and aged Eleven Weeks
born of her by Body a Bastard out of lawful Matrimony in the Parish of St Mary Whitechapel
hath lately intruded, and
came into the said Parish of St,, Mary WhiteChapel
and [..] is likely to become chargeable to the same;
We the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premisses
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Mary Baker< no role > and [..] tor
hundred his few Naytike
to be in the said Parish of St,, Katherine Creechurch And that that the said Child was with her for Nurture not having acquired any Settlement in the said parish of St Catherine

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Mary Baker< no role > and the said Child with
her for Nurture
from and out of your said Parish of St,, Mary WhiteChapel
to the said Parish of St,, Katherine Creechurch
and the said Mary with her said Child
and deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this 25th,, Day of May 1762.
