To the Right Worshipfull His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex at their General Session of the Peace
Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Chadlington in the County of [..]

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the Hand
and Seals of Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the Twenty Third Day of March Last John Smith< no role > and
Tabitha< no role > his wife were removed from the Parish of Cranford
in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Chadlington
in the said County of Oxford the said Justices there by Adjudging
that to be the Place of their Last Legal Settlement.

That Your Petitioners Conceive themselves
Aggrieved by the said Order and Judgment of the said Two
Justices and Do humbly Appeal there from.

Your Petitioner therefore most humbly
Pray that Your Worships would be
Pleased to Appiont some Day in this
Pleasent to Session to hear this their
Appeal and to make an Order that
the Churchwardens and Overseers of
