To the Pet. Worshipful His Majestys Justices of
the Peace for ye County of Middlesex , in their
General Session assembled.

The humble Petition & Appeal of ye.
Churchwardens & Overseers of ye Poor
of ye. Parish of St. Sepulchre , London.


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant,
under the Hands and Seals of Bartholomew Hammond< no role >
and Paul Vaillant< no role > , Esqrs Two of His Majesty's Justices
of ye. Peace for ye. County of Middlesex (one whereof
being of ye. Quorum) bearing Date ye Twenty first
Day of April last past, Susanna Flood< no role > , Widow of
Noah Flood< no role > , detd, & their three Children, to wit, Noah< no role > , aged
five Years, Sarah< no role > , aged near three Years, and Mary< no role >
aged about five Months, were Removed from ye. Parish
of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex , unto
ye. said Parish of St. Sepulchre , London, alledging ye.
said Parish of St. Sepulchre , to be ye. Place of their
last legal Settlement.

That your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant or Order of ye.
said Two Justices, Do Appeal to yor. Worships
there from, & humbly pray that you will
be pleased to hear them in ye. Premisses, &
Order that ye. Churchwardens & Overseers
of ye. Poor of ye said Parish of St. Clement
Danes , may appear before you, at a certain
Day to be appointed, to hear and abide the
Judgment and Determination of yor. Worships
touching this Appeal.
