before us one of his Majesty Justice
of the peace for the sd. County.

Who being sed. on Oath say & first this Inf
James Kennedy< no role > for himself saith that
about Two Years & an half ass this Inf
let a ready furnished lodgings to This & Eliz
Beanmont
< no role > and this Inf Suspecting that some
of his furniture was taking thereout he open
the Door and found taken thereout 2 Blanket
one Pair of Sheets a Tea kettle a Dish 2 Plates
one looking Glass a Candle that and other
things and thereupon the sd. Eliz Beament< no role >
Confessed the pawning the same with the other
Infts. And this Inf Geo Mure< no role > for himself saith
that he took into pawn of the sd. Eliz Beanmont< no role >
2 Blanketts 2 Paeter plates one Dish Tea
Kettle & a Candle stick at Sundry times and this
Inf Jacob Maggs< no role > for himself saith Not he took
in to Pawn of the sd. Eliz by the name of Collecot
a Looking Glass two Sheets and 2 pillow Cases
at Sundry times And this Inf James Kennedy< no role >
for himself saith that the above mentioned
