At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of Our Sovereigne Lord the King holden for the
County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St.John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the
twenty Second Day of June in the first year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Third King of Great Britain Etc.

Newgate .

John Francis< no role > als French being Convicted upon Tryal of an Indictment against him for a Misdemeanor's
is ordered by this Court to be transported to Some of his Majestys Colonies or Plantations in
America for the Term of Seven years, and he is Committed to his Majesty's Goal of Newgate
there to be imprisoned until delivered out from thence to be transported as aforesaid.

are all Committed to New Prison at Clerkenwell in this County Etc

John Campbell< no role > having Articles of Peace Exhibited against him on Oath of Elizabeth Austen< no role >
is Ordered to had Security of the Peace and be of good behaviour for the Space of one year, and that
he personally appear at the next Session of the Peace to be holden for this County after the
Expiration of the said year, and it is referred to John Fielding< no role > Esqr to take good
sureties and Notice of the Names and Places of abode of Such Sureties is to be given
to the Complainant twenty four hours before the same be taken

Mary Ferral< no role > acquitted upon tryal of an Indictment against her for Petty Larceny but Standing Indicted for ar Auesury
felony is Committed to his Majestys Goal of Newgate there to remain until discharged
thence by due Course of Law

Pence to be estreated and Ordered to be discharged out of his Majestys's Goal of Newgate ,
John Thomlins< no role > being acquitted upon tryal of an Indictment against him for a Misdemeanor is ordered to be
discharged out of his Majestys Goal Newgate .

being both Convicted upon tryal of an Indictment against them for an assault
are fined Severally for the said Offence thriteen Shillings and four pence
and they are both Committed to his Majestys Goal of Newgate there to be
imprisoned for the Space of Six Months now next ensuing and until they
pay their Said Fines.
