King Holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St. John Street
in the County aforesaid on the Day of April in the 33d year
of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain
France and Ireland Defender of the Faith.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex have
Notice of this Appeal And that they and all Persons Concerned Do Attend
this Court on the Day of next at of the Clock
in the fore noon to hear and Abide the Judgment and Determination of
this Court Touching the sd. Appeal
