Peace of ye County of Middlesex at their General
Quarter Sessn. of ye Peace held in & for the said County
Assembled

The Humble Petition & Appeal of ye Churchwardens
& Overseers of ye Poor of the Parish of St. Mary
White Chapel in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a pass or Order of Removal under the hands
& Seals of Benjamin Cox< no role > Thos. Kynaston< no role > Esqr. two of His
Majesty's Justices of ye peace of the City and Liberty of Westmr in ye. County aforesd (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the Eighteenth
Day of December last Susannah Hester Gallindo< no role > Widow
was Removed from the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields in
the said Liberty & County to the said Parish of St. Mary
White Chapel as ye Place of her last Legal Settlement

That Your Petitioners Apprehending themselves
to be Aggrieved by the aforesaid pass or Order of Remo [..]
of the said two Justices Do Appeal to this Court again
ye same

And therefore Your Petrs. & Appellts. Pray that the
Court will Appoint a Day this present Session for ye.
Churchwardens & Overseers of ye Poor of the said Parish
of St. Martin and all Persons concerned to Attend this Court
to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination of
the Court touching the said Appeal

And that Your Petrs. & Appellts. may be Relieved in the
Premisses as to this Court Shall Seem meet

And Your Petrs. & Appellts. will ever pray Etc.
