To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Mary White Chapel
in the County of Middlesex
and to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of All hallows Staining
in the City of London

Whereas Complain hath been made by you the Church-Warden s
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Mary
White Chapel unto us whose Hands
and Seals are hereunto set, two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
(whereof one is of the Quorum) for the County aforesaid,
That Eliz Vizer< no role > Widow
lately intruded and came into your said Parish of St. Mary
Whire Chapel
there to inhabit as your Parishioner, contrary to the Laws relating to
the Settlement of the Poor, and is there like to become charge-
able if new timely prevented: And Whereas, upon due Examinati-
on and Enquiry, made into the Premises upon Oath [..]
us, and we accordingly adjudge, That the said Elizabeth
Vizer is
like to become chargeable unto the said Parish of St. Mary
White Chapel and that the last legal Place of
Settlement of the said Elizabeth Vizer
is in the said Parish of
All hallows Staining

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name, to order and require you
the said Church-Warden , and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Mary White Chapel aforesaid, that you,
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the said Elizabeth
Vizer
from your said Parish of St. Mary
White Chapel to the said Parish of All
hallows Staining and her deliver
to the Church-Warden s and Over seers of the Poor there, or some or
one of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a true
Copy hereof; whereby they are likewise required in His Majesty's
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forthwith
to receive the said Elizabeth Vizer
into their said Parish and provide for her
as their own Parishioner. Then under our Hands and Seals, the
22d. Day of February in the Year of our
Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and [..] Sixty.
