Know all Men by these Presents That We Richard
< no role > of the Parish of St Pancras in the County
of Middlesex Victualer and James Forrester< no role > of the
said Parish and County Gentleman
have Remised Released and for ever quitt claymed, and by these presents
do Remise, Release, and for ever quitt clayme unto John Burk< no role > of
the Parish of Hamspstead in the said County
his Heirs Executors and Administrator all and all
manner of Action and Actions, Cause and Causes of Action Indictments Suits, Bills
Bonds Writings, Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts, Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements Executions, Extents, Quarrell's Controversies
Trespasses, Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity
or otherwise howsoever which against the said John Burk< no role >
We ever had and which our or either of our Heirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have claim challenge
whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these
presents In Witness whereof We have hereunto sett our Hands and Seals
the Twenty Seventh Day of March in the Thirty third Years
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second
by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King
