At the General Quarter Session of the Peace holden
for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street
in the County aforesaid by Adjournment on Friday the Eighteenth
Day of April 1760 in the thirty third year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered that the Final hearing and Determination of the Matters
of the Petition of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Horton in the County of Bucks preferred in February
Session last and standing adjourned unto this Day be, and the same
is hereby (upon the undertaking of Mr. Crew the Respondent in the
same Petition named to reimburse the said Churchwardens and
Overseers what Expences they shall be put to in relieving or maintaining
the poor persons in the Petition mentionedandin the meantime from
this Day) further adjourned unto Tuesday the Eighth day of July
now next ensueing (being the Second day of the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace appointed to be held for this County) at Hicks Hall
aforesaid when and where the said Petitioner's and the said Michael
Crew
< no role > And all other persons concerned are to attend the Court by Ten of
the Clock in the Morning to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of the said Court in the Premises
