County of Middlesex in General Quarter Session of the Peace at Hicks
Hall in St. John Street in and for the said County Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Bridget otherwise
St. Bride in the City of London

That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of Francis
Bedwell

of the Peace for the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex (one
of the Quorum) bearing Date the 31st. day of March last Mary Ives< no role > aged
upwards of Eight years was removed from the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the Liberty and County aforesaid to the sd. Parish of St. [..]
otherwise St. Bride as the Place of her last legal Settlement [..]
