also may be readily referred to.

An Abstract of which Orders are as follows.

This most extraordinary and apparent
growing Expence, induced the Sessions to
appoint a Committee to consider from what
Cause such great Expence arose, and also to
consider and report some Method to ease the
County in that Respect, which Committee
made their Report on the 21st Day of April,
1757, which produced an Order of Sessions
dated the 14th of July, 1757. Containing
a Contract for Conveying Vagrants from
and through this County, and other Mat-
ters relating to the Conduct of the Maje-
strates of this County in that Respect, which
Resolutions of this Sessions were received
and adopted by the Majestrates of the City
and Liberty of Westminster .

Your Committee spare any Reflections
upon the before mentioned Account, refer-
ring the Sessions for the necessary Remarks
thereupon

therupon to the said Report of April, 21st
1757.

Your Committee then proceeded to
Examine and State the County Expence, on
the same Account from July 1757, to July
1758, observing the same Method as before
mentioned, only noting as they preceeded the
Sums of Money contrary to the said Order
of Sessions.
