And this Court being of Opinion that the Assigning
Ten Shillings reward for the Apprehending every Vagrant Beggaris
in this Town and Parishes next Adjoyning especially is a Sum more then
Adequate to the time and trouble of the Apprehender, and which
has Created Frauds, and brought a heavy expence a Pen the County.
It is therefore recommended to the Sd;MagistrateSeveral Justice to case the
County in this respect, by a frugal distribution of such reward
Proportioning it to the time and trouble Such Apprehender
may have.

And the Clerk of the Peace is desired to
Provide a Proper Book for the Keeper of Clerkenwell
Bridewell [..] And that he do enter [..] therein the Christian and Sir Names [..]
[..] of all Vagabonds that for the future shall be
Committed to his Custody in an Alphabetical manner distinguishing the time when they were Committed
the place of Settlementthetheir Age together with such Brief description
of their Persons as may enable him or his Agent to
recollect any person who shall be a Second time [..] Committed to his Care
for the like Offence And upon such discovery, [..] the Keeper
or his Agent is hereby required to apply to the Committing
Magistrate for a detainer against Such person, until Sessions
as an Incorrigible Rogue and at such Sessions the Keeper do
produce [..] such prisoner in Order to his Conorction as an
Incorrigible Rogue, And the Keeper shall receive an Order of Court
upon the Treasurer for the sum of as a reward for
his deligence and trouble in the detection & Conoiction of
every Incorrigible Rogue.

And the Justices of the Peace resident next London
and to whom Vagabonds are brought in their destination through
this County [..] are desired to would Order such Vagabonds to be
lodged in Clerkenwell Bridewell to be from thence conveyed by the
Contractor to thePlace of their distrubtion next County and make out the
Certificate as before directed And the Keeper of Bridewell do allow
such Vagabond the Sum of 2d. Pr Day during their Continuance
then & produce this Acct: of such Vagabonds to every Sessions & [..] Attending their [..]
