have exhibited their humble Petition and Appeal unto this Court Setting forth That by virtue

for the said County (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
twenty sixth day of October last

were removed and conveyed
from the Parish of Hampstead
in the said County to the said Parish of Wilsden
as the Place of
their last legal Settlement, which Appeal was appointed by this Court to be heard on this present
Friday the fourteenth day of January instant
Now forasmuch as this Court is of Opinion to have the
hearing of the said Appeal adjourned It is Ordered by this Court that the hearing and determining
the Matter of the said Appeal be and the same is hereby adjourned untill the next General Session
of the Peace to be holden for the said County And that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Hampstead
(upon Notice of this Order) and all Persons concerned do attend the Court
of the said next General Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County by adjournment on Tuesday
the twenty fourth day of February next
at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide the
Judgment and Determination of the same Court touching the said Appeal.
