holden at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in and for the County
of Middx s on Tuesday the thirteenth Day of May 1755 and in
the Twenty eighth year of the Regin of our Sovereign Lord George
the Second King of Great Britain Etc Thomas Stanly< no role > was
and Stands indicted with others for Assaulting and wounding one
Lawrence Berry< no role > with a Hanger upon the Head Face and
other Parts of his Body To which Indictment the Said Thomas
Stanly< no role > hath not yet appeared orpleaded. Dated the fifth
Day of June 1756 .
