Guards commanded by his Royal Highness the

have Remised Releases, and for ever quitt claymed, and by these Presents
do Remise, Release, and for ever quitt Claymed unto John Taft< no role > Sarjeant
in the above mentioned Regiment and Mary< no role > his Wife

Heirs, Executors and Administrators, all and all
manner of Action and Actions, Cause and Causes of Action, Suits, Bills,
Bonds, Writings, Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts, Sum and
Sums of Money, Judgments, Executions, Extents, Quarrels, Controversies
Trespasses, Damages, and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity
or otherwise howsoever which against the said John Taft< no role > and Mary
