John Chambers< no role > of Islington in the County of Middlesex Yeoman maketh
Oath That he this Deponent did on the twenty eighth Day of June last past serve
Mrs. Cambridge Wife of Robert Cambridge< no role > the Prosecutor in this Cause with a
Notice of Tryal in this Cause directed to the said Robert Cambridge< no role > purporting
that this Deponent and David Boswell< no role > John Crane< no role > William Cross< no role > and Isaac Skinner< no role > the said other Defendants would appear in this
honourable Court on Wednesday the second Day of July Instant at Ten
of the Clock in the Forenoon and then and there plead not guilty to
and at the same Time try the Traverses of him this Deponent and the
said other Defendants upon the Indictment preferred by the said Robert
Cambridge
< no role > against this Deponent and the said other Defendants for an
Assault And at the time of such Service this Deponent did inform and
acquaint the said Mrs. Cambridge with the Contents of the said Notice.
