Kings Street in the Parish of Christ Church
Spittle fields and County of Middlesex
Weaver
hath petitioned me St Samuel Gore< no role > Knight
one of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex afore sd
setting forth, That he is intituled unto, and praying
for the Benefit of an Act of Parliament of the Twenty-
eighth Year of his present Majesty King GEORGE II.
intituled, An Act for Relief of Insolvent Debtors; therefore,
these are to authorize and require you, to bring the Body
of the said, John Cadogane< no role >
with the Warrant or Warrants of His Detainer; toge-
ther with the Copy or Copies, of the Cause or Causes,
if any, with which he is charged in your Custody, before
his Majesty's Justice of the Peace, at the General or
Quarter Sessions of the Peace, which is to be held at
Hicks's Hall in St Johns StreetLondonMiddx on
the [..] Twenty Fourth Day of June Inst [..] , for the
said County or any Adjournment thereof,
next after the Expiration of Ten Days from the Date
hereof, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, in order
to His being released and discharged out of Custody,
and from His Imprisonment, pursuant to the Tenor
and Direction of the said Act of Parliament. Given
under my Hand and Seal the 11th
Day of June Anno 1755
