It is Ordered by this Court that the within named Edward Day< no role >
the Masterhave Notice of the within Petition And that Heand all Parties
Concerned do Attend this Court on FridayNext at Ten of the
Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgement and determination
of this Court touching the Matters Contained in the sadid petition
And that a true Copy of the said petition of this Order being left At the last place of
