To the Right Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex In their General
Quarter Sessions Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Chruchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph
without Bishopsgate London .

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the hands
and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said
County of Middlesex (One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the 20th. Day of August 1754 Darcus Bendall< no role > (called in
the sd. Order the Wife of Peter Bendall< no role > ) was removed from the Parish
of Saint Matthew Bethnal Green in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid to the Parish of Saint Botolph without Bishopsgate
London aforesaid Alledging the last legal Settlement of the said
Peter and Darcus to be there And Your Petitioners Concerning
themselves agrieved by the said Orderandand Judgment of the
said two Justices Do humbly Appeal therefrom And humbly pray
Your Worships.

Would appoint someday this present General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the said County of
Middlesex to hear this Appeal And that Your Worships
will make an Order that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Matthew Bethnal Green and all Parties concerned
in and about the Premisses may then and there attend
hear and abide the final Determination of Your
Worships.

And Your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
