Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the
County aforesaid by adjournment [..] on Mondaythe
twenty firstday of October in the Twenty
Eighth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the this County have
Notice of this Petition and appeal and that they and all other Parties Concerned
Do Attend this Court on Fridaynext at Tenof the Clock in
the Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal.
