Middlesex Ss.


At the Session of Oyer and Terminer of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St.
Street in the County aforesaid by Adjournment on Thursday the
Sixth day of April in the twenty second year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc
Edward Mullins< no role > This name instance is in set 3816. Convicted by Jury upon Tryal of an Indictment
against him for going Armed with a Cutlass Contrary to the Statute
in such Case made was fiend for the said Offence six shillings and
Eight pence and was Comitted to his Majestyes Gaol of Newgate
there to be Imprizoned for the space of two years then next
Evening and untill he paid the said Fine and to find Sureties
for his good behaviour for the space of Five years to Commence
from the Expiration of the said two years and to give Eight days
notice of the Names and places of Abode of such Sureties and
before what Justice to the Clock of the peace of Middlesex

At the General quarter Sessions of the peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex
at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by
adjournment on Saturday the eighth day of April in the
twenty second year of the reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the second king of Great Britain Etc
Edward Mullins< no role > This name instance is in set 3816. being Convicted by Jury upon Tryal of
an Indictment against him for making an Assault upon
one John Jew< no role > was fined for the said offence Thirteen
shillings and four pence and was Comitted to his Majesty's
Gaol of Newgate there to be Imprisoned untill be paid
the said Fine.
