Parish of St Paul Shadwell in County of Middx
Victualer , George [..] potter< no role > of the same peace
Mariner, and David Ryan< no role > Servt of the said
Michall Murray< no role > Taken upon their Oaths
this 21st. May 1749.

This Informant David Ryan on his Oath Saith
That this Morning [..] about Ten o' Clock
as he was in the Kitchen of the said Michall
Marray his Master John Gray< no role > and Ann< no role > his Wife
being there at the same time and all of a Suddain
Mrs. Gray fell down by the Barr upon which this
Said Informant [..] ooking about saw her beckming
toward him, with her throat Cut and Immediatity
This Deponent cau'd out That Mr Gray had killed
his Wife, And this Informant [..] Potter Saith
that as he was backwards in the said House,
Sudeainly he heard Mr.Gray Street out and
turning about Saw her fall down all bloody
with her Threat Cutt and immediately thereafter
the said Michall Murray< no role > came in & saw her
lying on the fever by the Bar with her Threat
but And all these Informants make Oath
That the said John Gray< no role > did willfully & mali [..]
butt the Threat of the said Ann his wife of
which wound the Immediatly Died
