Murdered, upon which this Informt. went out and said upon the Laneing Place and
called upon Capt Matthews who this Depont. heard wasthereis each Room of but [..] one Mr. Mouton
therecome out who said he was a Stranger to the Gentleman but that he would lend his Assistance
if there was Occasion, Upon which they went down & found a Watchman in the Entry
lighting his Care be, The fighting then Seem'd to Enerdde & ye Calling out Continued,
and saw Mr. Campbele make a Push at a Man in the Passage wth: his Drawn [..]
The Informt. seeing this went agt: up Stains and Campbell Blair & Moreton followed
him into the Same Room wt: this Informt. said he was afaid their was Mischeif done
and he Draw Compbells Sword which appeared Bloody Sevt. Inches Upon which
Campbell proposed for them to go all off which the Informt. Refused saying
it was of no Concern to him & Mr. Moreton refused to go likewise
