The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary Le Bone in the said County.

Sheweth

That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under by
[..] of John Milner< no role > and Thomas Moore< no role > Esqrs. Two of his
[..] Justices of the peace or the County of Middlesex aforesaid bearing
30th. day of September last past Anne Smith< no role > Singlewoman , was
[..] from the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said County to
[..] of Mary Boke in the County aforesaid as the place of her
[..] Settlement Thereby Your Petitioners think themselves
[..] to this Court against the same

Therefore Humbly pray this Court will please
to appoint a time for hearing and determining the
said Appeal and that all persons concerned may
then Attend
