That by virtue of a Pass Warrant under the hands and
Seals of

Esquires
two of his Majesty's of the Peace for the City and Liberty of
Westminster
in the said County (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the Thirty first day of July last

Wife of

a Soldier abroad
and their Child William aged twelve Months were
removed from the Parish of Saint Margaret
in the City of Westminster
aforesaid to the said Liberty of Saffron hill
Hatton Garden
and Ely Rents as the place of the last legal Settlement of
the said

Whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be aggrieved

Therefore they humbly appeal to this Honourable
Court & pray that the said Court will be pleased to
Order that the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster
and all Persons concerned Do attend this Court some
day in the next Session of the Peace for the said
County to hear & abide the Judgement and Determi
nation of the said Court touching the said Appeal
And that the benefit of Hearing the said Appeal
may be saved to your Petitioners And your Petitioners
shall ever pray Etc.
