The Humble petition and Appeal of the
Church Warden and Overseers of the poor
of them Village of last Langton in the parish
of Church Langton in the County of Leicester

Sheweth

That by order of Removal under the hands and Seals
of Richard Manley< no role > and Thomas Ellys Esquires two of his
Majesties Justices of the peace for the City and Liberty of
Westmr. (whereof one is of the Quorum) Dated the 21st. day
of September 1747 for the removing of Jane Andrews< no role >
Widow from the parish of St Margaretts Westmr . in the
County of Middx to the sd Village of East Langton in the
parish of Church Langton in the sd County of Leicester (but
called in the sd Order of Removal the place precinct
or parish of East Langton in the County of Leicester

That your petitioners humbly Apprehends they are
aggreived by the sd Order of Removal and Appeals
against the sd Order

Your Petitioner humbly prays your
Worshipps to appoint some short day for
the sd Church Wardens and Overseers of
the poor of the sd parish of St Margaretts
Westmr : in the sd County of Middx and all
other Psons concerned to Attend the sd Court
and hear the sd Appeal

and your petitioners shall ever pray Etc
