Know all men by these presents that I Henry Francis Widdrington< no role > of Stella
in the County Palatine of Durham Esqr : commonly called Lord Widdrington Have
made appointed and in my place and stead putt and by these presents Do make
appoint and in my place and stead put Thomas House< no role > and Charles Boucher< no role >
both of the Parish of St. George the Martyr in the County of Middlesex
Gentlemen my true and lawfull Attorney and Attorneys Jointly or Severally
for me and in my Name and in my place and stead to subscribe my name to
such Registry or Entry as shall be made of my name and Real Estate in the
County of Middlesex in a Book or Books Roll or Rolls Kept in that behalf by
the Clerk of the Peace for the same County and further to do whatsoever may
be necessary for duly registring my name and Estate aforesaid as is required
by an Act of Parliament made in the first year of the Reign of his late Majesty
King George the first Intitled an Act to oblige Papists to register their Names
and Real Estates as fully to all intents Constructions and Purposes what soever
as I the said Henry Francis Widdrington< no role > commonly called Lord Widdrington might
or could so the same being personally present and whatsoever my said Attorneys
jointly or severally shall do in or about the premises I do and shall cetify and
Confirm the same In Wittnesse whereof I the said Henry Francis Widdington
Commonly called Lord Widdrington have hereunto sett my hand and seal this
Seventeenth day of March in the Seventeenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland
King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the of our Lord one thousand
seven hundred and forty three.
