the Right Worshipfull His Majestys Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex ,

The humble Appeal of the Church wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the parish of St. Peter le Poor London

Sheweth.


That by an Order dated the 23d. day of June Last under the
hands and Seals of John Milner< no role > and John Mercer< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (one being of
the Quorum) One Mary Randall< no role > Widow of Thomas Randall< no role > deced
was passed from the parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the said County
to the said parish of St. Peter le Poor in London as the place of
her last Legall Setlement

That the said Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the parish of St. Peter le Poor Conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order

And therefore pray this Honoble Court to appoint
a day to hear the said Appeal against the
Said Order
And your Petrs. Shall ever pray etc,

At the Generall Quarter sessions of the Peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hiks hall
in St. John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the fourth
day of July in the Eleventh year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Second King of Great Britain France and Ireland
Defender of the Faith

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the parish of St. Giles int the Fields in this County have notice of
this Appeal, and that they and all persons concerned Do attend this Court
on Fridaynext at nineof the Clock in the forenoon to hear and
abide the Judgment and Determination of this Court touching the
said Appeal.
