Sheweth

That your Petitioner is a Very Poor woman and
haveing lately been Robbed and last all she had to
Support her, is now become a Miserable poor
Creature and not haveing any Place of Residence
Humbly Prays that your Worshipps will take it
into Consideration and Order the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the parish of St Geoerge Middx to Assist her
in some manner or other, Otherwise she must
Inevitabley Perish

and Your Petitioner as in
Duty shall Ever pray Etc
