Whereas Complaint hath been made by you the Church-wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Saint Luke in Middlesex unto Us Whose Hands
and Seals are hereunto set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
(whereof one is of the Quorum) for theCounty-aforesaid,

Elizabeth Weston< no role > aged about four Year's
and Sarah Weston< no role > aged about 2 Years
the Daughters of Michael Weston< no role > have
lately intrudedthemselvesinto your said Parish ofSt. Luke
there to inhabit as [..] Parishioners contrary to the Laws relating to
the Settlement of the Poor, andarethere like to become charge-
able, if not timely prevented: Ind Whereas, upon due Examina-
tion and Enquiry made into the Premises,Upon Oath

it appears unto Us, and we accordingly adjudge,That the said
Mary Weston< no role > Elisabeth Weston< no role > , and
Sarah Weston< no role > are
like to become chargeable unto the said Parish ofSaint Luke
and that the last legal Place
of Settlement of the saidMary Weston< no role > Elizabeth Weston< no role >
and Sarah Weston< no role > is in the said Parish of
Saint Andrew by the wardrobe in the City of London

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to order and require you
the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Said Parish of
Saint Luke aforesaid, that you,
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the said
Mary Weston< no role > , Elisabeth Weston< no role > and
Sarah Weston< no role > from your said Parish ofSt. Luke
in Middle sexto the said Parish of
Saint Andrew by the Wardrobeandthemdeliver
to the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some or
one of them, together with this our Warrant, or Order, or a true
Copy hereof; whereby they are likewise required in his Majesty's
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forthwith to
receive the saidMary Weston< no role > , elizabeth Weston< no role >
and sarah Weston< no role >
into their saidParishand provide forthem
as their own Parishioners. Given under our Hands and Seals, the
Seventeenth -Day ofSeptemberin the Year of our
