At the Generall Session of the Peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks
hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday
the eight Day of December in the Ninth year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second now
King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardems and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. James within
the Liberty of Westmr. in this County have Notice of
this Appeal, And that they & all Persons concerned
de attend this Court on Friday - next at ten of the Clock
in the forenoon to hear & abide the Judgment and
Determinacon of this Court touching this Appeal
