what further gratuity (if any) the said Mr. Higgs doth
deserve for his services in & about the premisses, unto the
Court of General Quarter or General Sessions of the

In Pursuance of the Order above mentioned made at the Genral
Session of the peace held by adjornment on Thursday the Sixth day of
December last
where by the matters in the sd Peticon was referred to the
Comittee of his Majties: Justices of the peace
appointed to take the accounts
of the Treors We whose names are Subscribed being [..] Seven of the
Said Justices & Referees having met togeather and considered of the
Matters in the sd Peticon and also Considered Mr Higgs Bill of Costs
here unto annexed with his Vouchers for Buissniess done for this County
And Do Report that the Articles & Clauses there in contained are reasonable
Cought to be allowed which amount in the whole to the Same of Thir [..]
Pounds Five shillings & Six pence and we have also takeing into our
Consideration what further Gratuity (if any) Mr Higgs Deserves for his
Services in & about the Premisses And we do Report That he Higgs in
Defending the Hundred of ossulston
at the S [..] t of Morrice had a great
deal of Extraordinary honble to find out & detect the Villany that was
Consulted by the sd Morrice to Charge the sd Hundred with £531:10s:0d
and [..] of Opinion that Mr Higgs deserves for his trouble as
aforesaid the Sume of Five Gumeas wth. makes in the whole the
Sume of £18:10s.6d which he ought to retain in his hands out of
the Publick Moneys of this County all which we humbly Certifye &
Submitt to the Judgment of this Court dated this third day of January
1733
