To the Right Worshipful his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex at the General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles
without Cripplegate London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of
John Priestley< no role > and Henry Dodson< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex (whereof One is
of the Quorum) bearing date the thirty first day of December
One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Sarah Winington< no role >
Aged about five Years and Margarett Winington< no role > Aged
about two Years and a half Children of Francis Winington< no role >
and Jane< no role > his Wife were Removed from the Parish of Saint Paul
Shadwell in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint
Giles without Cripplegate London as the Place of the last
legal Settlement of the said Sarah Winington and Margarett Winington< no role >

That Your Petitioners Conceive themselves Aggreived by the
said Warrant or Order and humbly Appeal against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray
that Your Worships will be Pleased to
Appoint a day of this present Sessions that
all parties may Attend to hear and Abide
the Judgment and determination of this Court
for and touching the said Appeal

And your Petrs. as in duty bound shall
ever Pray Etc.
