To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middx in General Quarter Sessions at Hicks Hall Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Ann Westmr in the County of
Middlx .

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of John Milner< no role > and John Mercer< no role > Esquires two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex
(One being of the Quorum) bearing date the Eleventh day of
November last Sarah Mason< no role > wife of Richd. Mason< no role > and their
three Children Vizt. Christopher< no role > aged Nine Years Anne< no role > aged four
Years and Rebecca< no role > aged Eight Months were removed from the
Parish of St. Giles the Fields in the said County of Middlx
to the said Parish of St. Anne whereby Your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be Aggrieved.

Therefore they humbly appeal to
your Worship against the Adjudgement
of the said two Justices and pray your
Worships will be pleased to Order that
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields & all persons Concerned do Attend
this Court some Day in this present
Sessions to hear and Abide the Judgement
& Determinacon of this Court touching
the said Appeal.

And Petitioners shall pray Etc.
