County of Middlesex to wit}

At the Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace held at Westminster hall for the Liberty of
the Dean and Chapter of the Collogiate Church of Saint Peter Westminster of the City
Borough and Town of Westminster in the County of Middlesex and Saint Martins Le Grand
London by Adjournment on Saterday the Thirty first day of March in the Sixth Year of the
Regin of our Sovereign Lord George the Second now King of Great Britain and So Forth
before Sir John Gonson< no role > Knight Nathaniel Blacker< no role > by Thomas Doveil< no role > John Meard< no role > Esquire
and others their associates Justices of our Said Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace with in the
Said [..] Liberty and also to hear and determine diverse Felonys Trespasses and other evil Deeds
committed within the Said Liberty and So Forth.

Upon reading the humble Petition of John Shacklock< no role > Exhibited to this Court thereby Shewing that the Said
Petitioner was by Indenture dated the Nineteenth day of April One thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty eight bound an
Apprentice to John Broadbone< no role > of the Parish of Saint Maragaretts Westminster in this City and Liberty Cordwainer for
the Town of Seven Years from the date there of And that the Said John Broadbone< no role > had absconded from his
Habitation about a Quarter of a year and left the Said Petitioner destitute of Learning his Trade and likewise
of any Support whereby the Said Petitioner is oblidged to be a Charge to his Mother who receives Alms of the
Parish it was therefore prayed that this Court would take the Premises into Consideration and to releive the Said
Petitioner therein as to this Court Should seem meet Whereupon the said John Broadbone< no role > was Ordered to attend
this Court this day and all other Persons concerned to Answer the said Complaint and Shew Cause why the said
Petitioner John Shack lock Should not be discharged from his Indenture of Apprenticehood to the said John Broadbone
Now upon hearing of what was alledged by the Petitioner touching the Premises It appeareth to this Court that

Wife of the Said John Broadbone< no role > had been Served with a Copy of the Said Petition and Order of this
Court to attend this day and upon hearing of what was alledged byu the Saidon behalf of her Said
Husband John Broadbone and on Examination into the truth of the Premises Forasmuch as it appeareth to this
Court that the Allegations contained in the Said Petition are true and for that the Said John Broadbone< no role > doth not
attend this Court to Shaw cause nor doth his Said Wife or any Person on his behalf Shew any Sufficient Cause
as about discharging the Said [..] from his Said appeareth and [..] his Court that the

Apprenticehood to the Said John [..] and [..] of hands an [..] unto Sett being [..]
his Majesties Justices of the Peace of the Said City and Liberty (Quar [..] ) present at the Said [..]
have pronounced and declared and do promises and declare that for the reason aforesaid we have discharged and
we do discharge the said John Shacklock< no role > of and from his Indenture of apprenticehood to the Said John
Broadbone
< no role > and of from the Service of the Said John Broadbone accordingly Dated under our hands and
Seals this thirty first day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty three
