for the County of Middx in their Generall Quarter Sessions att
Hick's Hall assembled

The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of ye Parish
of St Mary Bone in the said County.

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the hands
and Seals of John Milner< no role > & Robert Midford< no role > Esqr two of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx bearing date the Tenth
day of September 1731 Elizabeth. Wilkinson< no role > . aged about ten years was Removed &
Conveyed from and out of the Parish of St Giles in the fields in the County of
Middx to the Parish of St Mary le Bone in the said County as the Place of the
last legall Settlement Whereby the said Parish of St Maryle Bone think
themselves Agrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly prays this
Court mill please to Appoint a day for hearing the
Said Appeal and that all persons concernd may
attend at the sametime

And Your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
