[..] Liberty of the Rolls in the Parish of St. Dunstan in
the West in theCountyofMiddx
and to the Church-wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in thesaid County of Middx and
to every of them

Whereas Complaint hath been by you the Church-wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said [..] Liberty of the Rolls
in the sd. Parish of St Dunstan in the West unto us whose Hands
and Seals are hereunto set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
(Quorum unus) for theCounty of Midd Paforesaid, ThatMary
Garnett
< no role > the Wife of Richard Garnett< no role > and their Son
Richard Garnett< no role > aged about Seven Years have

lately intrudedthemselvesinto your said [..]
Liberty of the Rolls in ye. sd. Parish St. Dunstanin the West
there to inhabit asParishioners contary to the Laws relat-
ing to the Settlement of the Poor, andarethere like to be-
come chargeable, if not timely prevented: And Whereas, upon due
Examination and Enquiry made into the Premises,upon the Oath
of the Said Mary Garnett
it appears unto us, and we accordingly adjudge, That the said
Mary Garnett and her Said Son Richard
Garnett

likely to become chargeable unto the said [..] Liberty of the
Rolls and that the last legal Place of
Settlement of the SaidMary Garnett and her said Son
Richard Garnett< no role > is in the said Parish of
St. Clement Danes in the Said County of Middx
These are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to order and require you
the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the [..]
Said Liberty of the Roles [..] ,that you,
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the saidMary Garnett
and her said Son Richard
from your said [..] Liberty of the Rolls
to the said Parish ofSt. Clament Danes
inthe Said Countyandthemdeliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor, there, or some or
one of them, together with this our Warrant, or Order, or a true
Copy hereof; whereby they are likewife required in his Majesty's
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forthwith to
receive the saidMary Garnett and her said Son Richard
