and to the Church-wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. George
Each and Every of them

Whereas Complaint hath been made by you the Church-wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish ofChelsea
unto us whose Hands
and Seals are hereunto set, two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
(Quorum unus) for theCountyaforesaid, ThatThomas
Richins
< no role > , and Elizabeth< no role > his Wife , and their two Children
Virt Elizabeth< no role > Aged about eight Years, and Thomas< no role > an
Intant Aged about three MonthsAnd alsoe John< no role >
(by Margaret< no role > his first Wife ) Aged about Sixteen Years, have
lately intrudedThemselves [..] into your said Parish of
Chelsea
there to inhabit asParishioners contrary to the Laws relat-
ing to the Settlement of the Poor, andarethere like to be-
come chargeable, if not timely prevented: And whereas, upon
due Examination and Enquiry made into the Premises,upon Oath,
[..]
it appears upto, us and we accordingly adjudge, That the said
Thomas Richins< no role > and Elizabeth his Wife and Their
two Children, And alsoe John (by Margaret his first
Wife) are
likely to become chargeable unto the said Parish ofChelsea
And do alsoe Adjudge [..] that the last legal Place of
Settlement of the saidThomas Richins< no role > , and Elizabeth his
Wife, and this said two ChildrenAnd alsoe John (by
Margaret his first Wife) was andis in the said Parish of
St. George Hanover Square in the sd. onnly
These are therefore, in His Majesty's Name, to order and require you
the Said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Chelsea aforesaid, that you,
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the saidThomas
Richins, his Wife, and their two Children, And alsoe
John (By Margaret his first Wife) out of and
from your said Parish ofChelsea
to the said Parish ofSt. George
Hanover Square in of St Countyandthemdeliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some or
one of them together with this our Warrent, or Order, or a true
Copy hereof; whereby they are likewise required, in His Majesty's
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forthwith to
receive the saidThomas Richins< no role > , his Wife,and sd.

into their saidParish & Careand provide forThem
