and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Laugley in
the County of Bucks

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order under the hands & Seals of Valantine
Hilder< no role > and William Hayton< no role > Esqr two of his Majties.Justices of
the Peace to the said County of Midx (Quor nuns) bearing
date the the Twenty Fifth day of Septr last past John Ceverly< no role >
was removed [..] from the Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden
and Ely Rents in the Parish of St: Andrews Holborn in the said
County of Middx to the said Parish of Langley in the sd County
of Bucks as the place his last Legall Settlemt.

Yoe Peticrs thinking themselves Aggreved
by the Judgemt of ye. sd. two Justices humbly
Appeal there from and Pray that this Court
will be Pleased to Order the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the said Liberty of Sattron
Hill Hotton Garden & Ely Rents to Attend
this Court Some Day this Sessions to hear
and [..] Abide the Judgement & Determinacon
of this Court touching this Appeal
