White Lyon Yard near Norton Falgate to enquire after
Mary Ray< no role > Daughter of the late Prosecutrix in this Cause
in order to serve her with Notice that he the said Richard
Young< no role > would Appear at the next Genll: Quarter Sessions of the
peace to be held at Hicks Hall in and for the County of Middx
then & there to try his Traverse on an Indictmt. preferred agt.
him in this Court where in Elizth: Young< no role > her Mother deceased
was prosecutrix and this Dept. was informed by the Neighbourh:
that the said Mary Ray< no role > was absconded from her late
habitation & had not been heard of for some time
And this Dept: saith that upon the most Diligent enquiry
he could not find out ye said Mary Rays to serve her
with the said Notice
