for the sd Jane Kennedy's Appearance to try her Traverse
on an Indictmt: preferred agt. her by Jane Smith< no role >
& Margaret

for an assault upon them the next Sessions after to be holden
there and this Depont. saith that the sd Jane Kennedy< no role >
having
agreed with the Prosecutors and produced a Generall Release
under their hands & Seals, this Depont. did thereby apprehend
that his Sd Recognizance was discharged, and this Depont.
further saith that he hath made a Strict inquiry after
the sd Jane Kennedy< no role >
in order personally to have appear'd
at Hickshall to discharge the sd Recognizance but this
Depont: is credibly informed that the sd Jane Kennedy is
dead and also dyed in Child bed in Ireland
about a year since and that

is since married and
