It is Ordered by this Court that the further
consideracon of the matters menconed in an
Order made in April Sessions last touching the
severall accons brought by William Hucks< no role > Esqr . &
Robert Hucks< no role > Esqr . against the Inhabitants of the
Hundred of Ossulston in this County in the Court
of Comon Pleas at Westminster upon the statute of
hue & cry on account of two robberys comitted
upon the sd. William Hucks< no role > & Robert Hucks< no role > within
the said Hundred, be adjourned sine die,
