Right worshipfull Gentlemen of the Courte
at this time assembled This Comes most humbly
to address your Honours by way of a Petition in
the behalf of your humble Petitioner Samuell

Harrison who formerly Lined in Good Reputation
and Creadit and was a payer to Church and Poor
& to all other Dutyes in the Parish of Shoreditch
rehile Such time as age have Deprined the fore
Said Petitioner and his wife of Getting a lineing
by their hand labours for the foresaid Petitioner
is Going on of 75 years & his wife of 73 years of
Age and they are foreed to rely upon the foresd
parish of Shoreditch for Maintainance & the
Parishoners do allow no more then one Shilling
a week to Maintain this antient Cripel with all
So as they Can no ways Line of So Small allowance
as a Shilling per week & therefore your humble
Petitioner Do ask the favour of your Worships
to Consider their age and to Settle by order of
the Courte Some more Collection to Maintain
this antient Cupple with all to keep them from
Starneing or other wife they both must be
Even perished & If once these fewlines is duly
Considered by again your foresaid Petition or have
hopes to be lieve that he Shall Receine a
Regnall [..] dress for which answer according
to request your humble Petitioner is for [..]
