the County of Middx Glaizer maketh Oath that he is very well
acquainted with the above named George Baxter< no role > (who is Comander of [..]
Merchant ship called the Charming sally and was bound to appear the
last Sessions by the Worship full Mr. Justices Whitetile to answer the Complaint
of John Smith< no role > ) and this Depont. further saith that the said George
Baxter
< no role > sailed from the port of London to Gravesend on the Twenty Eighth
day of December last and from thence is gone to proceed his Voyage to
Cadr and sevil and will not return from his said Voyage till Four
Months at the furthest as this Depont. has been Cridibly informed and
verity beleived to be true
