It is Ordered by this Court that Nichas Ludford< no role >
present petty Constable of south-Mims in this County
be and he is hereby admitted into the service
of passing & conveying of Vagrants in & through
this County for the yeare now next ensueing in
room & place of Thomas Martin< no role > late petty Constable
of South-Mims aforesaid, At the like salary of
fourty pounds (which was paid to the sd. Thomas
Martin< no role > for the like service) to be allowed unto the
said Nichas Ludford < no role > for his trouble & expences in
passing & releiving of Vagrants (he duely pforming
the same) and to be paid to him quarterly as the
Court of Generall or Quarter Sessions of the peace
for this County shall in that behalfe Order & direct,
