date the Twenty Seaventh day of June last
under the hands and Seales of Richard Milner< no role >
Esqr . and John Cleeve< no role > Esqr . two of her Majesty
of the Peace for the said County removed from
the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the said
County unto your Petitioners said Parish of
St. Martin in the Fields to be Maintained
and Provided for by which Order Your Petitioner
(with humble Submission) think themselves
wronged and aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore do humbly
Pray your Worships to hear and
determine the same

And your Petitioners as in Duty
bound shall ever pray
