To the Constable of the Dutchy Liberty
in the said County.

By Virtue of a Precept under the hand and Seal of Sr.
Isaac Tillard< no role > Knt. One of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
and Treasurer of the moneys to be raised and Collected for the
repair of decayed Bridges within the Said County In
Pursuance to an order made at the Generall Quarter Sessions
of the Peace held at Hicks's Hall in and for the said County
[..] y Adjourment on Thursday the 17th. day of October last [..]
whereby the Sume of Twenty One Pounds five Shillings
and Three Pence was Assessed and Appointed to be laised
and levied on your said Liberty for and towards the repair
of decayed Bridges within this County.

These are in his Majesties Name to will and require
you (taking to your Assistance the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of your said Liberty forthwith to make
or Cause to be made a Tax Rate or Assessment ratably and
propertionally According to their Abilitys, Upon all and
every the Inhabitants and Occupiers of Messuages Land
or Tenements within your Liberty for the said Sume of
Twenty One pounds five Shillings and Three pence, And
to receive and Collect the same According to the Statutes in
that Case made and provided do direct and Appoint, and the
Said Sume to be by you Collected or levied as aforesaid, You
are further required to pay unto me at my house in Holborn
within Six days after your Receipt of the same Or on or
before the 25th. day of January next at furthest to the End. I
may Pay the same unto Sr . Isaac Tillard< no role > aforesaid
Hereof you are not to fail Dated the 14th day of Decem [..]
Anno 1723 . In the Tenth Year of his Majesties Reigne.
