Yeoman maketh Oath that he went
to the Dwelling House of One Mary
Bradshaw
< no role > at a place Called Bays
Watering in the Parish of Paddington
in the said County on Thirsday evening
the Twenty Second Day of August inst .
being the last place of the abode of the
Prosecutor Charles Delafountain< no role > as this
Deponent is in formed and verily beleives
And did then & there did deliver a Copy
of the Notice hereunto Annexed unto
the said Mary Bradshaw< no role > for the said
Prosecutor and desired her to deliver it to
him who told this Depenent she would
keep him (meaning the sd Charles Delafouclia< no role >
out of the way for Two Yeares so that
he should not been seen and expressed
many more words to the same Effect

And this Dept. Scith yt he doth not know of any other
place of abode or habitation of Sd Charles Delaformt< no role > [..]
then that were he left ye Sd Notice as aforesd
